I think they are cutting the the access to outside the USA because they failed to set up bandwidth.Comment

This worked for me--
Try modifying your HTTP headers. Install a header modification browser extension/plugin (Google search for the extension Modify Headers if you have Firefox, or ModHeader if you have Chrome). Once installed, add the following header:
Header Name: X-Forwarded-For
Value: 12.13.14.15
Restart your browser and it should work.Comment
