Hello. My FIL currently owns our home and wants to put in in my
husband's and my name. However, I declared bankruptcy last year. Is there a certain amount of time I am supposed to wait to have property in my name?
Also, if we just put it in my husband's name do I have entitlement to
the property or would it be considered just his? (not planning a divorce, just want to protect myself
)
