Get out of the sale of the property - Problems after closing

I purchased a house and have not been in the house for thirty days yet. The basement flooded and the electrical work was done wrong. The company provided a waterproofing certificate however the correction work was laughable. The house was rewired after inspection and now having problems with sparking outlets. Can I pack up and get out of the sale of the property because it has not been thirty days or do I have to take seller to court for repairs?

Normally you have to take them to court but also check with your state attorney general's office to see if other local remedies exist.
