I live at a house in monterey. I rent a room with house priviledges. i have two entries into room one private and one in house. regular locking door knobs with key no dead bolts and no label on door such as A B or C. What are the Laws Of search and seizure if the warrant is not for me but another tennant. what do i need to do to protect me and my rights.
