We own a vacant lot in our old neighborhood that we are trying to sell so we had a pin survey done and found my neighbor's fence was 8 feet over onto our property. We gave him a copy (survey) to let him know the problem last November. (The fence has been there less that the OK statute of 15 years.)

He needs to remove it or you can have a court order him to do so, if you two cannot agree.

One thing Don't do is hire a criminal lawyer Danny Brace because if you are suiing and Judge Cristoforo a retired judge handles the case you will not win. Get a real estate attorney please . Do due diligence in getting a real estate attorney. Trust me. I believe whomever specializes in the thing you need help in is your best recourse.
