Can they kick me out reporting drug use by employee on duty
I walked in on the maintenance guys working in my HUD funded apartment complex. One guy lives here. As I waled by them the odor of marijuana covered in cigar was witnessed. I complained to the top manager. The guy is often friendly. But has been acting weird. Seems like management doesn't really care. Police always come to visit the neighbors on the second floor that do drugs.
