I just left my dorm last sept 30 without finishing my 1 year contract. But stated on the contract if ever i will vacate the dorm the only aggreement made was the deposit which is 3000 will be forfeited. But now they pressuring me to pay the rental of 3000 for october even if im not living their already. is this possible or i mean legal?

That depends what is actually stated. They can try to hold you to the lease unless the lease says you indeed can terminate for the fee. Otherwise you technically are liable until they re-rent. But usually they would rather agree some solution than go to court for this kind of matter.
