I can only say one thing the BVK is Real, and the king. If you can see behind the scenes know what they are told to lie about Bougainville Island. Rio Tinto is the biggest criminals in the world because he has years exploited the people and damaged the environment. We are a large organization and know a lot about the island and residents. And the best we work with the BVK already :-) or cool ? And people will make all bad already see the benefits to you. So let the stupid drivel that it have no idea, because if you would know everything, then you would talk differently. The program that we have is 100% real though but are also a lot of German in the program, we learn a lot. I can only say who wants to learn and wants to enjoy success with IBOM right place, because this is the future for people who want to get rid of your debt and Hypotehken and want to start a new life. This information is crucial for all BVK owners that need to work with BVK at an international level, being able to exchange it for other currencies. Help all who have BVK, not just only yourself, if this information is verifiable and true. Teach us more with information from many sources and spread the knowledge to help those who seek it. It's easy to talk the talk either it be bad or good. We need to know the "how", not personal opinions. Thank you.

That's not a bad general statement about kings, but it fails in this case. I'm having a lot of trouble understanding why no one seems willing to explore the current situation on Bougainville.

It's not as though it's mysterious or secret. Bougainvilleans and non-Bougainvilleans have been writing about the island for at least 100 years.

Perhaps it's a matter of scale. There are perhaps 200,000 people on Bougainville. They speak about 14 different mutually-unintelligible languages, and these language groups/cultures/societies range in size from 1000 or so, to a few tens of thousands.

Some people would like outsiders to believe that there is such as thing as "Bougainvilleans" apart from the simple facts of where people live. That's not the case. Never forget the importance of those 14 languages.

When I lived on Bougainville I could walk 2 hours and be in a completely different language group -- walk 3 hours in another direction, the same -- 5 or 6 hours in the other direction, another language and culture. It's extremely diverse.

There never was a single overarching organization of any kind, until colonialism arrived (Germans first, then Australians, Japanese, back to Australians and then independence. There were regional organizations, overwhelmingly economic (producer/consumer cooperatives). Some were short-lived (failed) and others have endured.

Noah's "Kingdom" occupies a very small part of the Siwai region. As for his "subjects," I'd guess they number a few thousand. Very small geographic area, very few subjects -- you work it out. The other 190,000 Bougainvilleans have nothing do to with Noah's kingdom except to be angry at him for stealing their money. I know people whose money was "invested" in u-vistract and then disappeared. Know as in personally know, have sat in their villages (not even 30 miles from Noah) and heard them weep and wail about their losses.

Just get out there and read. There's plenty to read. As a good opener, I'd suggest "Bougainville Before the Conflict," which is expensive but as an edited volume includes many points of view. You can get it on Amazon.

Sometimes I feel as though I've fallen into a UFO discussion board, where you have to subscribe to a certain belief system and outside points of view aren't welcome. This whole Musingku thing is treated like a closed system of belief.

I don't care who accepts what I'm saying. I'm not into "believe me," beyond the things I say I've experienced, where I've been, who I know, and so on. As for the rest -- as we say in the US, I have no dog in this fight.

You'll notice that over and over -- since the beginning -- I've encouraged readers to get out there and do their own research about the island, its people, its history. There's no other way.

We know the backgrounds have and know the truth about what happened Bougainville Iceland ok but let us look at what we have become in the future in your hand is a unique opportunity. And I say it does or who does not understand how the sytem funkitoniert what can be achieved so that everything will never know.
We have worked 1 years very successfully in our organization and we know the background and the future we are building ourselves. We work with Fides gold bond already and can say it works. Bougainville: Is this a secret transaction or something you can speak about freely? If it's secret then it does all of us no good what so ever. Better keep it to yourself than just saying one has been done if you cannot talk about it.

Looks like FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA failed once more at trying to conduct business with BVK! FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA was using BVK resources to broker a deal and purchase MEXICANA DE AVIACION as previous news articles describe and Fransisco Campuzano (VP of FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA) claimed as legitimate. The federal judge EDITH ALARCON announced 5/16/2013 that not one bidding investor could show financial capability to purchase the airline. This shows that BVK business is non-productive to say the least. Not even the leading number one world promoters of BVK can use the BVK for respectable business transactions. MÉXICO, D.F.- La juez rectora del concurso mercantil de Mexicana de Aviación, Edith Alarcón, anunció que ninguno de los inversionistas interesados en la aerolínea cumplió con los requisitos estipulados en la convocatoria lanzada en enero pasado.
En un acuerdo publicado en el Consejo de la Judicatura, confirmó sin mencionar el nombre de los mismos que no demostraron tener la disponibilidad inmediata de los 100 millones de dólares, recursos que tendrían que estar visibles en un ente financiero nacional.
Además de que dicho capital debía ser etiquetado y disponible para adquirir y capitalizar a la empresa y a sus filiales, según publica Notimex.
"Por tanto se decreta que queda finalizada la fase de verificación de los inversionistas, prevista en el inciso I de la convocatoria del 9 de enero de 2013, siendo que en virtud de las razones contenidas de la presente determinación no es posible agotar los subsecuentes incisos de la citada invitación legal", argumenta.
Expone que dicha decisión fue tomada conforme a los artículos 1, 3 y 7 de la Ley de Concursos Mercantiles y que siendo rectora del concurso mercantil cuenta con las facultades necesarias para dar cumplimiento a lo citado.
En enero pasado, Edith Alarcón lanzó la convocatoria abierta al sector inversionista nacional y extranjero para adquirir y capitalizar a Mexicana de Aviación y sus filiales, en la que se precisó que quien acreditará contar con los recursos se quedaría con la aerolínea.
Lo anterior, tras varios intentos fallidos con más de 30 grupos que mostraron interés por reactivar a la aerolínea, siendo el más reciente Iván Barona y BF International Mining Traders, considerados por la misma autoridad como los únicos y potenciales inversionistas, pero al final no exhibieron los recursos requeridos.
En su momento, la directora del Instituto Federal de Especialistas de Concursos Mercantiles (Ifecom), Gricelda Nieblas, dijo que a pesar de que Mexicana de Aviación y sus filiales cuentan con un convenio concursal, la falta de un inversionista podría provocar una declaración de quiebra.
"Si no hay inversionista no tiene viabilidad el convenio, está condicionado una cosa con la otra, tiene que estar las dos cosas dadas", afirmó en entrevista.


Why am I finding only BVK failure and not any stories about positive results with BVK in the real world? Too many posts from THE BLUE MILLENNIUM GROUP representatives claiming without tangible proof of any positive transaction that can be verified as legitimate. I am trying to be neutral about the subject but this scale is tipping to absolute failure when it comes to BVK transactions.

Any verifiable news on the BVK as of yet? If you know of anything that can be directed to a reference so that it can be verified as truth, please post it here. The world's BVK owners are eager to know what advances have been accomplished these two past months of May and the beginning of June! Please do not direct us to a Blue Millennium Foundation, IBOM.biz, or affiliate website, as they are all owned by and under the same administration. The information needs to come from a third party source so that it can be verifiable and not treated as a promotional material. Thank you for your professionalism and honesty.

Now there's a guy claiming to be the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Bougainville. He sent out a letter to a mortgage broker authorizing someone in Canada to be agent for solicitation of mortgage.

It looks like the person purporting to be the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Bougainville has had some issues with the BC Securities Commission in the past. Since there doesn't seem to be a Central Bank of Bougainville the prospect of funding mortgages or entering into joint ventures is remote at best.
