I wonder if there is an offense for breach of contract of apartment from the company.

What happens is that things are adding me pay for one when not included in the contract.

Please respond quickly would have if I can do something legal.

If your lease does not specify that you are to pay for things that are to be provided by the apartment management, then you do not have to pay. However, if the items in question are NOT addressed in the lease contract, and are additional services that you would not otherwise have or be offered, then yes, they can make you pay for them, or can take them away if you don't.
