vivasurf.us is a scam I am out thousands. And I know of about 40 others that have lost money to Robert Kempster. Can anyone help?

I too have lost money and reputation from Viva. I have a "Word" document of all transactions. They are currently advertising that they will pay all "pending" monies. Here is one that has been pending that violates their FAQ.
You get a pending when your upgrades expired. Pendings are officially to be paid within 5 business days. However, pendings are usually paid within 48 hrs. Please allow 5 business days before contacting us about it since a lot may happen in two days.

That said, We are fully aware of all pendings and are clearing up the December backlog as you can see from the increasing amount of payouts on a daily basis. I asked previously that you give us up till Jan. 15th to clear everything up. However, I still see a lost of negative postings all over the forums on the same topic. Endless queries only slow us down... I know we spoiled you our members with superfast payouts, but consider that a bonus and remember the official schedule. I understand that many do not know how money works, but it is not rocket science and we all know that careless posting does noone any good. What you should consider is our record and how many times we have paid you (when we really had problems), even when you already gave up and wrote us off. Now, consider this time that there is no problem and you will see that all the negative postings are unjustified. Let us stick together and seize this opportunity we have been given. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN STRONGER THAN NOW!!!

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
One additional assistance, an allegation that was made by the program blocked my egold account (365125). It is blocked to this date and had $300+ in it. What options do I have?

Iam also out thousands but Robert is claiming he only owes about $500. LOL He changes # to suite his needs;-) I also have proof he is a THEIF!!!!

I am also one of the past members of the vivasurf.com. I have posted this link as it has all of my account data listed. It is not a referral link, but a complete history of all upgrades and payouts of my full account data.

After bringing this information to public, Robert has deleted my account withholding all funds due.

We too were conned by this thug, for over 50,000 dollars. he is a smooth con artist, and deserves to be in prison the rest of his life.
