    Can somebody please break this down for me?

    The "Romeo and Juliet" part would be my current situation. I think I've got a pretty good grasp on what the page is saying, but I want to be as sure as possible!

      Put simply, your boyfriend is going to jail if he harbors you as a runaway.
      Due to a recent promotion, I should now be referred to as Major Obvious.

      I would not be trying to provide information and knowledge if I did not sympathize.

      Some days it is just not worth chewing through the restraints to face life.

        It's 3 years to the day. If your bf is 3 years plus one day older than you he's not covered - even still it doesn't prevent him from being charged - its a defense.
