Freedom of speech infringed? I write a fan comic...

I believe my freedom of speech is being infringed upon, but I just wanted to make sure. On a site called deviant art, I write a fan comic. The original characters were about ten, but I aged them to a legal age. I have implied that the characters have had sex, but I NEVER show anything, and censor any nudity. According to the rules on deviant art, this counts as "sexualized minors" in original context. While this rule bothers me, and DA lets people post nude pictures, this isn't the biggest issue. The big issue is that they penalized me for a page where both characters were clothed and neither of them were making physical contact, but one of them did mention sex. So, because the word "sex" was in a speech bubble, I violated the rules. This is wrong, right? They can't control what people say, not even minors, correct? I would like someone who knows our laws to answer. BTW I'm in California.

As all other sites, they reserve the right to edit and control content. If you want freedom of speech, make your own web site.

If you want to hear rude, catch me on a bad day. It sounds like you are upset you have no recourse, so I will tell you what you want to hear.

You have an excellent case. The first lawyer you call will likely take the lawsuit on contingency and after a quick court trial, you will surely be awarded the entire asset value of Deviant Art. Just think, in a year you will own the place. Congratulations.
