WEB-ONLY: Univ. of Maryland School of Law names first African-American dean

Phoebe A. Haddon, a constitutional and tort law scholar at Temple University Beasley School of Law, has been named the ninth dean of the University of Maryland School of Law. She is the first African-American to serve as dean in the law school's 185-year history.
