Frequently Asked Questions
What are the basic minimum requirements to be a law student at East Bay Law School?
Although a B.A. is preferred, you may be eligible for law school upon completion of 60 college semester units or 90 college quarter units. LSAT may be required.
When are classes?
All classes are given on weekday evenings (usually 6 - 9 pm) in order for all our students to continue day time jobs. See The Law School page for the current class schedule.
How long does it take to become a lawyer?
An East Bay Law School Juris Doctorate degree is meant to be completed in four years. Once you have your J.D. degree (and you have passed the first-year "baby bar" exam) you may sit for the California Bar Exam.
