Mission Statement of the Law Program
Degrees OfferedThe primary objective is to educate men and women for membership in the legal profession. The School of Law provides its students with the intellectual and practical training necessary for the practice of law and instills in them an appreciation of the human qualities necessary for the practice of law to be a satisfying and worthwhile career. The School of Law is committed to treating each person as an individual and welcomes the varied backgrounds and experiences of its students.

American Heritage University School of Law: Disclosure Statement
Study at, or graduation from, this law school may not qualify a student to take the bar examination or to satisfy the requirements for admission to practice in jurisdictions other than California. A student intending to seek admission to practice law in a jurisdiction other than California should contact the admitting authority in that jurisdiction for information regarding the legal education requirements in that jurisdiction for admission to the practice of law.
American Heritage University was issued a Notice of Noncompliance regarding noncompliance with Guideline 2.3(D) of the Guidelines for Unaccredited Law School Rules on October 17, 2008 and the Committee of Bar Examiners found American Heritage University School of Law’s response to be satisfactory on December 6, 2008.
