You can sue for your actual costs and damages. Lost wages may not be available unless they broke an agreement etc.

Employer is a subcontractor of a nationwide company. Checks to their employees have been bouncing for 3 consecutive weeks. Bank and Late Charges on bills are adding up. Can I sue in Civil or Small Claims Court for Wages Owed, Late/ Bank Charges, & Lost Wages while out of work? Can I sue both Nationwide Company and Subcontractor? Should I go to the State Attorney & Report? If attorney is Hired, can I sue for the legal costs also?
