What the process of paying my employees in Mexico will be?

Hello, I work with a team of graphic designers in Mexico. I would like to begin to work with clients in the US. I plan to open a bank account here, and I'm wondering what the process of paying my employees in Mexico will be if I am working from an office in the US.

I wish to inform you that you may remit funds through various options depending upon your agreement with graphic designers in USA. You may remit funds through your business account to bank account in Mexico. If graphic designer are appointed directly by your US office then your business can pay directly in their bank accounts.
