I AM A MEDICAL BILLER AND HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED BY THE COMPANY FOR OVER THREE YEARS.MY EMPLOYER HAS PRESENTED ME WITH A QUOTA DOCUMENT AND WANTS ME TO SIGN IT. THE DOCUMENT DOES NOT STATE WHAT IF ANY CONSEQUENCES WOULD BE FORTH COMING SHOULD I NOT MAKE THE QUOTA.IT IS A VERY VAGUE STATEMENT WITH VERY LITTLE DETAIL....AM I OBLIGATED TO SIGN IT? COULD MY EMPLOYMENT BE TERMINATED IF I DO NOT SIGN IT AS IS?
