My boss said we all have to take the vaccine for covid as soon as available. And he thinks its JAN for us.

Is that legal

I work at a chocolate factory Illinois.
WTF does that have to do with covid.

You work with other people. That's what has to do with Covid. It's legal for your employer to require it.

Dinbar: The employer likely has the right to order that, or have you quit if you are truly opposed, but the law on all of these covid issues is developing almost daily so it is worth keeping an eye on it.

AND if you have some good reason not to take it, that will probably also be acceptable, even under current law.
