How much name calling and over working does one have to put up with before quitting and still being eligible for unemployment benefits? Do you have to put up with it forever? Or can you quit and file for benefits?

    re: Reasonable Work Conditions

The eligibility rules for unemployment benefits vary from State to State and the State where you live determines the Rules for eligibility. In this, however, generally you will qualify for unemployment benefits if you are able to show that you have lost employment for no fault of yours and you are actively seeking new job. Many times if you quit your job you may may not be able to have unemployment benefits claim. Normally, if you have lost your job because there was no work.or you were fired from your job than you can claim unemployment benefits. However, if you quit your job then many times it may be difficult to obtain unemployment benefits.
