  • People from France are buying my services on my US website

Do I have to register in Europe or do something like that if people from France are buying my services on my US website--translation services.
I am a US citizen residing in the US if that makes a difference.

Good question. Check out the following resources and see if or where you fit.

Usually no--Currently, if you are based in the US with no office or physical presence in Europe, you do not need to register for and pay VAT tax.
You do have to pay US taxes of course.

I wish to inform you that you may register your company, and then file your returns and pay the VAT to the Foreign Business Tax Department (SIEE) that reports to the Directorate for Non Residents (DINR). The Department’s contact details are as follows:
Service des impôts des entreprises étrangères
        10, rue du Centre
        TSA 20011
        93465 Noisy-le-Grand Cedex
        For further informations, please contact: + 33 (0)1 72 95 20 31
        Email: [email protected]
If the customer has a VAT ID, they may pay tax through reverse charge mechanism.
You may contact an attorney and seek guidance.

That's something normal I think that people are buying such services. In the US, they pay less than in Europe because everything there is much expensive than in the US. Anyway, we have to understand that we live in a digitalized world where it all depends on technologies. Recently I opened an e-commerce platform where I sell different accessories for bikers. I started to work with, one of the best digital marketing companies that helped me increase sales by 600% in only one month. That's a great result.
