Delaware LLC is owned by a Panama Foundation and is controlled by an Offshore Trust in Cyprus with banking done in Hong Kong by HSBC, use nominee directors for privacy and possible holding company in hong kong.
Need a detailed analysis of the cheapest costs to do this ( each step, each corporate set up for each country) and is this a good idea for privacy and cost effective? Showing pros and cons.

I wish to inform you that legal compliance in different countries is different. In this regard cost in each country depend upon professional hired, capital of company etc. As regards privacy generally offshore locations are suitable. Delaware may be considered suitable location. The purpose of your forming business along with nature of business will determine your choice.

It is a great idea for privacy but not cost-effective. You will have to fly over to HK for the interview and in Cyprus you must pay an accountant every year for a report. Delaware and Panama are the cheapest parts of the links. Let us know how you end up!
