I am writing a paper on the comparison of Contingency fees in the US compared to non US countries. Could you provide some information on contingency fees in non-U.S. countries?

One third is an average in many countries. There are no exact rules normally but recommended caps may exists in certain jurisdictions.

I paid 38% in florida, was that too high
