Contact the lawyers on the home page of the WLD site (the ask a lawyer form) and they will take your info and help check the company for you.

US Dept of Commerce has a verification service. They will even do visits to the companies. There is a discount for first time use.

I recently received a message from Amanda who claims to work for Jinyuan Trading company out of China she sent me a price list for name brand electronics and it all seems too good to be true. I am trying to verify if they are a legit company will someone please let me know about them. She offered me a 70 inch LCD flat screen Sanyo tv for $550 they have really good prices on all there electronics and she said shipping is only $10 to ship from China to U.S and I do not have to pay any custom fees because they deliver from door to door and this way they do not have to go through customs. There web site address is http://www.western-brand-shop.com but for some strange reason I have not been able to pull it up all night. They also claim to be out of province Hei Bei and I looked them up on China yellow pages and it is spelled Hebei and I can not find the company on there either. I have looked all over and I can not find any information on them. She says their electronic goods are name brand and they are not counterfit. I sent out an inquiry on Alibaba and that is how she contacted me but I can not find her company on Alibaba So will someone please help me very soon to verify if this company is legit because I am hoping and praying they are because they can make me a lot of money. I am almost tempted to purchase 1 thing from them just to see because it will be worth the risk for me if they are legit but if they are not I can't afford to lose my money.
