International lawsuit -- Where can I sue them?

My company (established at Gibraltar) provide a service of cutting scrap metal for sonasid (Moroccan branch of arcelor/mital). I had a contract to cut 6000 tons of scrap in 3 months. I had to stop my team in Republic of Guinea after cutting only 1200 tons.

So far no more scrap metal is available. The contract is very light and there is no mention of any court if there is a problem in between the parties. Can you please, tell me where is this case of international environment like this I can bring them in which court if I want to do it.

You can sue them where you are, or they are, or where the contract was to be performed, or where it was signed. Our attorneys could also become directly involved, though we normally do charge a basic fee for that.

I used to work at the Consulate of Guatemala in Denver, I left the officice based that I doscovered that Counsul General engaged in illegal activities, then he felt eminet fear from me reporting him with the authorities and he convinced the District Attorney of Denver that I may had taken thousand of dollars from clients, they arrest me for that, and I have certain immunities, furthermore all activities that I engaged were on official capacity. Now I have a lawsuit against the City and County of Denver for Violation of the law of nations, Violation of US Constitutional Rights including false arrest and imprisonment, there are 22 claims in the lawsuit. I don’t know were to find a lawyer to help me continue with the case. All the law firms that I had contacted they said that they are not expert on Alien Tort Claims neither familiar with International Laws.

Simple since you're working with 3rd world countries meet up with the your partner's "CEO" beat the Sh_t out of em and take over both yourself or accidently make em disappear then take over the businesses. Happen's all the time in those uncivilized countries. The Weak underestimate the Strong and end up paying for it. YOLO
