stock in china

Hi, I payed a company in China to send us some electronic stock, the company supplied me with a tracking number but after the package linked to the tracking unmber it was clear that the package was not my package, I have tried contacting the company via email but they are not responding to any questions.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem.

WLD can contact them in China for you; or even send people to their offices.
