Obviously your neighbor CAN sue you and/or your daughter because anybody CAN sue anybody for anything. I doubt, however, that the neighbor would be successful.

Truth is the defense.

One thing though. Your daughter should be reporting her observations to the police as there is likely somebody out there with a dented car wondering who did it.

The judge would laugh her out of court. The child saw what she saw. And has a right to post it.

Facebook, it seemed to me, has long since lost its utility as a platform for making new friends and making new acquaintances. I don't think Facebook will succeed in this market.
