With everything that is going on in congress and with the President signing the internet gambling bill, would I be libel to pay credit card charges for on-line gambling (racked up quite a large number) and is there anyway to sue these sites for allowing gambling from a state or country that does not allow it (I think the on-line blackjack is fixed, but how would you go about doing anything about it). I know they are international, but does that make them untouchable?
