Take Over

I just created an online business that helps new writers get published. The website is my own. My marketing person lives in Holland, and is now threatening to take over the European section of this business. There has been nothing in writing as to a corporation or any agreements of any kind. I am going to register this biz as a sole proprietership.

What are my legal rights to stop her from a take over?
