I wish to inform you that terms of licence is mentioning of details of licence or conditions under which licence is granted. In this if licence is not having any conditions then licence may mention that other party is free to use in compliance with law.

so only the mention that the stock image license is in compliance with the law shoule be suffice if there are to be no restriction of any kind on the purchaser of the stock photograph image. correct?

any detailed mentioning regarding license is additional to the law and is optional?

does this mean that there is no need to include a section on license in the website, unless you want to restrict the use of the stock images the buyer purchases?
