I have a business trust in my all-caps name and it is copyrighted with the UD Treasury, UCC-1 financial statement and it is filed in my birth state and Arizona SOS. I have total control over my NAME and I want to properly send notices to companies who are using this NAME for profit to cist and decease using my NAME. I would also like to get the knowledge as to invoicing a business for infringement, and how to enforce it? Thank you for your time in this matter..Ken

There is no such thing as "copyrighted with the UD Treasury, UCC-1 financial statement and it is filed in my birth state and Arizona SOS."
Copyright is protection granted by the US Copyright Law and administrated by the US Copyright Office. Copyright protection often exists when a work is first published but the work has to be registered for stronger protection.
Your name, all caps or otherwise, cannot qualify for copyright protection. However, it could be a trademark which could have protection under the US Trademark Law which is administered by the US Patent and Trademark office.
I suggest you consult with a trademark attorney to see if the name of your business qualifies for trademark protection before you go off sending letters and invoices to businesses with the same name.

Do you want to create an LLC company with the same name in the future? If I understand correctly, does this company use a name similar to yours or exactly the same when signing its documents? Do you know that there are a large number of namesakes or company names of the same name?

People get confused on this issue a lot it seems to me.
You can usually only trademark a name if you use it in your business. And you would have to show that people are going to think of you and your goods or services when they hear the name.
If you do use your name for business and you are well known by the public or your target audience, then a trademark for your name might be a good idea.
As a general rule you can't copyright your name.
