Married to US citizen I have i 92 waiver

I have a I 92 waiver for a criminal charge that occurred 20 years ago (1993) I am married to a US citizen who has health issues we would like to move to US to be near doctors what is best option for us?

I wish to inform you that you and your spouse may go to USA. As your spouse is a US Citizen thus she can go to USA anytime. You may first go on a spouse visa (K 3 visa) because generally your basis of going to USA is to take care of wife for medical treatment. After your wife has become eligible to apply or sponsor you then you can adjust status to Lawful permanent resident.
