  • Interrogated by an officer, would they know exactly how long

After staying outside of the U.S for more than a year on a Green Card, when being interrogated by an officer, would they know exactly how long I have stayed outside of the U.S or do they only know what I tell them?

Yes they absolutely will know and the exact days will be on the screen for the officer to see.
Everything is recorded and calculated these days. You cannot hide the days and don't even try.

When I returned to the US last week the officer said oh 86 days gone that's a long time, welcome back.
