    If you get deported on immigration judge's order, When I was a minor?

    I went to USA at the age of 8 with my parents and had a judge court order to depart at 16 with my family and we didn't leave until the year , I was 17 at the time .I was still under age . Will I have to file a waiver or Am I free to apply for Visa to re-enter the US?

    Would gratefully appreciate the help, Thanks.

    You are free to apply with no ban.
    Due to a recent promotion, I should now be referred to as Major Obvious.

    I would not be trying to provide information and knowledge if I did not sympathize.

    Some days it is just not worth chewing through the restraints to face life.
