Even with unconditional pardons, if you've still got the ten year ban, you would still need a waiver of that (or wait out) before they'll even consider whether they would want to issue any sort of visa to a felon. Your only hope is to find a good immigration lawyer, because it's going to be a tough road.

As far as a waiver is concerned, that's not an option unless you qualify for a hardship waiver. You have managed to live away from your family for 9 years now, so being away from them hasn't been that much of a hardship to you. Only in cases of extreme hardship will a waiver be issued - and you haven't indicated any reason for USCIS to issue one over the burden you carry from your drug felonies you committed while living in the US before.
I would suggest that you have your family come to Colombia to visit you instead.
