So the gist of your story, is you are a Bulgarian gay porn actor and after the gov't busted you, you attempted to get into England and they told you no. Then you tried to sneak in and were thrown in prison. Now you have somehow managed to get out and they won't make you a legal immigrant there and you feel you have some right based on your intentionally putting yourself into a situation where you were being persecuted at home. Pavel, the bad news is that is not how it works. You do not get to create the situation, then claim you are being prosecuted for it as a means to gain amnesty.
