Denial of U.S. Customs Overflight Exemption
When U.S. Customs conducts background checks of individuals applying for overflight of the southern border(from any destination south of the 30th parallel), how far back in time are they legally allowed to go when conducting the background check? Do they, along with other government agencies, have to adhere to the guidelines set out in the Fair Credit Reporting Act concerning criminal background checks? Thank youTags: None
