i nrrd to divorce illegal immigrant, help?
i need to divorce my husband is not a british citizen, we did not have the right permission to marry although we married in a church. I have been trying to get my marriage certificate back from immigration for ages, where do i start?

we married in church but did not get the certificate that you need from the home office, now i very rarely see him. immigation have got my marriage certificate from a visa application but i cant get it back for some reason to start my divorce.Comment

Once you file for divorce a judge will order it if need be. WLD could assist if needed as well.Comment
