I'm a US citizen (over 21 years of age) and I'm currently petitioning my parents to become permanent residents. I still have a brother who is only 17 years old (who is their son, of course). Can he be considered a derivative beneficiary...meaning will he automatically get a visa also when my parents get theirs since he is still under 21 years of age and still a dependent of my parents?
