Hi, so me and my Fiance have filed for the fiance K-1 visa. I got it and I came to the UK (from USA). We got married and now were not working out. I'm wondering what I can do to get back home? Shes saying shes going to go live with her mother and I cannot come with, I do not have -ANY- money to buy a plane ticket, and I'm using free internet. PLease help!

Advise her or whomever filed your for, I-864, Affidavit of Support, that you need support to go home. If they refuse go to a homeless shelter and contact USCIS and request guidance on how to get home.

My affidaivit of support was filed by her and her mother.
I cannot call that number as its USA and I'm in the UK.Comment

A longshot would be visiting the US embassy where you are in France, explain your situation, and see if they can refer you to any agency that will help you get back home.Comment
