Med Spa requirements

I have a legal question regarding physician requirements when opening a Med Spa. My partner is a Nurse Practitioner NOT a doctor. Can we open a Med Spa in Maryland without having a doctor in residence?

i know one of them and they give you several service like LASER HAIR REMOVAL, MESOTHERAPY, BOTOX INJECTIONS etc. definitely very good place to visit.
