Elderly taken advantage of (because of Alzheimer's disease)

If a person tricks and elderly person, with a proven medical condition of Alzheimer\'s, to give them all of their life\'s earnings. What can the law do to return that money back to the elderly\'s possession?

They can be sued civilly and be forced to give it back. Or a police report may even be filed for fraud.
