Illegal Procedures after visiting a doctor

Hello,

I went to see a counselor for an issue I had with an ex-inlaw...just needed some mental health services and support. Afterwards, I began to get stalked and harassed so that it caused me so much mental anguish I began texting him to leave me alone because the Lewisville, Texas police department were absolutely NO help at all! So this doctor files a charge against me for harassment for sending him a text message and I get arrested for it by the Lewisville, Texas police department (I was released on bond the next day) !! I'm currently on disability because of all the anguish and "lack of services" I received. I went to court over the harassment charge and applied for a court appointed attorney and was told that my $1200. disability income did not qualify for a court appointed attorney!!

I want to submit a motion for this doctor to have to appear in court and make a statement to the judge when I ask him in front of a judge if he was stalking me.

I also need to know how to process this case or what forms to file so that I can get an attorney without having to pay for one.

I wish to inform you that you can represent yourself as pro se. In this regard you can contest the charges against you and can plead that because of your mental situation at that time you should not be held guilty of anything. Further your messages were to leave you which show that you were facing problem from other side. You can further seek assistance from legal aid. There are many non governmental organization who assist women or disabled or low income groups and you may take assistance from them.

Do you know of any non governmental organizations or how I would locate them in the Dallas, Texas area?
