‘Napoleon’ Prosecutor Heads Into Private Practice

Reed Brodsky, the federal prosecutor who led the landmark insider trading prosecution of former Goldman Sachs director Rajat Gupta is leaving the Manhattan U.S. Attorney’s office to become a partner in the litigation group at the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
