Madoff trustee Irving Picard shouldn’t be allowed to block a $410 million settlement between New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and money manager J. Ezra Merkin, whose funds served as large “feeders” to the convicted fraudster, Mr. Schneiderman’s office said in court papers.
