If I, and my life partner have our property deeded in survivorship and our Bank accounts jointly, Do we need a will?

Right of Survivorship deeds should be fine. Bank accounts can get a bit trickier. Some states have laws regarding amount thresholds that must be turned over to or reported to gov't agencies. I suggest you research these laws for your situation. also, having a mutually notarized affidavit or statement of survivorship intent is a good idea.Due to a recent promotion, I should now be referred to as Major Obvious.
I would not be trying to provide information and knowledge if I did not sympathize.
Some days it is just not worth chewing through the restraints to face life.
