Is there anything I can do regards seeing the Will?

My Gran passed away 3 years ago in Spain. She had 2 sons, one surviving and one deceased (my Dad). I was always told I would inherit from her Will. Her other son didnt even tell me she had passed away! He has sold her property in Spain and boxed up personal items and taken them all to Canada where he lives.
He is refusing to speak to me and I dont know why. A distant relative told me 2 days ago that Gran had passed away.
Is there anything I can do regards seeing the Will and finding out from Uk as I don't live in Spain and according to a website Ive read that I would need all sorts of personal details and a certificate to view/get copy of Will.

I wish to inform you that generally court of the place where your grandmother resides must have passed order granting property in favor of your uncle as the only heir. Further the office where property records are maintained will have the basis of transferring property. You can hire a lawyer if you yourself cannot go to Spain who can verify you the basis of transfer of property and inform you as to any false or incorrect method adopted by your uncle to have the property. You can then file a case for recovery of property belonging to you.

He would have been heir as it was his Mother but in her Will I'm lead to believe that I should get half of property as my Dad passed away before her. Do you know of any way I could see a copy of the Will?
