re-asigned power of attorney

I have just found out that my mother has been diagnosed with moderately severe Alzheimers. She has also recently re-asigned power of attorney from myself to her elderly sisters without my knowledge. Would this be a contestable situation considering her condition.

Yes if you can argue she was not competent to do so; or that she was under duress from your sister.
