when my father was admitted to a skilled nursing facility my sister signed a third party note to pay for my father if medicaid did not approve him. He paid the skilled nursing facility for three months and then he did not have enough to pay the nursing home for the fourth month, but he was approved from the fifth month on. Is my sister liable for the fourth month?
