The court ordered that my sisters divorce be done by agreement by May 1. (Because all issues had basically been agreed)
BUT--The attorney for her husband just does not answer any call or email or anything.
So now tomorrow will be May 2.
What does she do next? This has been stressful for the entire close-knit family.

If the court ordered them to finish it by then, you could tell the court that one side tried but the other side would not respond.
Have proof of the calls and emails or other attempts.
If need be, ask the court to hold the other side in contempt for not complying, if no reasonable explanation exists.
